We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Tech II - Technology Management and Support.

Position Summary: This position will support all installations moves, adds, and changes to computers printers and peripheral equipment, as well as support all communications equipment audio video equipment and cabling infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the collecting storing and transporting of electronic hazardous waste.

  • Accomplishes IMAC Daily Operations and Projects.

  • Follow IT policies for all deployed equipment.

  • Altiris PC Inventory.

  • DHCP Printer Reservations.

  • Troubleshooting and identifying Data Patch Cables.

  • Achieves IMAC objectives Contributing information and working together with other IT Teams.

  • Cellphone distribution and maintenance.

  • Keeping IMAC data-bases up to date.

  • Printer, scanner, and other peripheral equipment installations.

  • Large scale computer deployments.

  • Daily computer requests, software upgrades and installs, and hardware upgrades and installs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a 4 Year Degree in Technical College, or High School Diploma with 5 years equivalent experience.
