Due to growth, Gallagher ($4B in annual sales) is adding a Regional Sales Leader for our HR & Benefits Technology Practice. We help our clients develop a benefits technology strategy as well as buy, implement and optimize their technology.
Companies spend $14B annually on HR technology today and that spend is forecasted to increase by 50% over the next five years. We are uniquely positioned to help.
Drives the regional sales efforts of our HR & Technology Practice, providing day-to-day and long-range sales support for branch offices in accomplishing regional sales goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Helps educate client teams about our HRBT value proposition.
Participates in strategic planning to support the identification of client needs.
Serves as key SME on client account teams.
Achieves sales goals by developing close, trusted advisor working relationships with our client teams.
