The Project Manager Associate will support the Chase Wealth Management (CWM) Executive team through program and project management, organization and data analytics, reporting and administration. The Project Manager Associate will be involved in strategic initiatives under Advisor Recruiting and Development, help facilitate New Hire Working Group, assemble presentations for business reviews and produce materials to be used in executive-level decision making. The role requires collaboration with various businesses and functional areas across Consumer Banking as well as Asset Management/Wealth Management. This role requires flexibility and comfort with ambiguity given the rapid pace of change and various constituencies involved.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creation, presentation, implementation and measurement of key priorities and strategic initiatives for the business, including but not limited to Advisor recruiting and end to end experience initiatives

  • Oversee portions of the preparation and execution of programs and projects, including producing materials and updates for business reviews and management meetings

  • Collaborate across Chase Wealth Management, Wealth Management and Consumer Banking teams, including field management, field support, operations, product, risk, supervision, compliance, human resources and legal teams in achieving strategic objectives and ensuring projects meet the approved business requirements

  • Assist in development and contribute to concise communication materials for senior management – i.e. Wealth Management CEO updates/Quarterly Business Meeting presentations

  • Help develop and organize content for internal leadership conferences; create materials such as briefing documents and talking points for executive presentations, including town halls, field visits, recruiting roadshows, quarterly business updates, etc.

  • Partner with Communications in developing internal communications pieces, such as executive messaging, executive presentations, internal announcements, and other internal-facing communications

  • Provide project support as needed for the of Chase Wealth Management Executive team

Skills & Knowledge Gained from this Role:

  • Understanding of the Chase Wealth Management and Chase Private Client business model, top priorities and growth initiatives

  • Daily interaction with the CWM leadership team will strengthen ability to prioritize, effectively communicate, multi-task and manage a wide range of challenging tasks

  • Project Management skills will be fine tuned working with CWM and cross LOB committees, project teams, multiple work streams and coordinating timelines and deliverables across multiple projects

  • Frequent use of Power Point to develop presentation decks for top priority project communication and rollout strategy at executive level


  • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

  • Strong analytical skills. Strong PC skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint a must

  • Knowledge of the Chase Wealth Management, Global Wealth Management or Consumer Banking business models, organization structure and performance metrics preferred

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in financial services industry, preferably in wealth management
