Job Summary:

Reporting to the ARM Change Office, a group within the Office of the CRO, the Change Manager is responsible for planning, managing, directing, developing and implementing complex business initiatives within the Americas Risk Management organization. This role is focused on execution and delivery of high priority (non-IT) initiatives sponsored within ARM. The Change Manager will ensure projects within the program are effectively sized from a costing and schedule perspective, resourced for effective execution & delivery, and drive execution of the initiatives while identifying and managing interdependencies across work streams and business lines.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities

  • Assess the change impact

  • Complete change management assessments

  • Create change management strategy

  • Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics

  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance

  • Consult and coach project teams

  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan

  • Support communication efforts

  • Support training efforts

  • Support and engage senior leaders

  • Coach others within the organization

  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists

  • Integrate change management activities into project plan

  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness

  • Manage stakeholders

  • Track and report issues

  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

  • Support change management at the organizational level, Enterprise Change Management

  • Manage the portfolio and change load

  • Further the strategy and goals of the ARM Change Office

  • 5-10 years experience as a Change Manager or Continuous Improvement Leader

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required

  • Master’s/MBA degree (preferred)

  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
