About ADS • The ADS team consists of 4 products – Cleared OTC, Cleared Futures, FX Prime Brokerage and OTC Intermediation • Within the department we support T0 Clearing, T1 margin, funding, deliveries, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and other key functions • We face off against both the exchanges and the clients for all of these functions • Proper margining of these trades for the Business reduces exposure of clients to counterparty risk, provides segregation of client funds, enables long- term potential for cross-product netting, and meets new regulatory requirements mandated by the Federal Reserve. • The Client Services group monitors the firm's counterparty risk by issuing margin calls and ensuring that clients post the appropriate collateral while maintaining an exemplary level of client service.

About Client Service The function of the client service team within ADS is to provide exemplary service to our clients across Futures and OTC. Each client service representative will have a client base they will be responsible for. They are the day to day contacts for all client inquiries and escalations. They will intermediate conversations between our vendors and other internal teams. They also initiate and manage client meetings on a regular basis.

Overall Purpose of role The function of the client service team within ADS is to provide exemplary service to our clients across Futures and OTC. Each client service representative will have a client base they will be responsible for. They are the day to day contacts for all client inquiries and escalations. Your Role (Key Accountabilities) • People management: appraisals, coaching, recruitment and development for the team. • As a manager and lead of the team it’s imperative to have a strong understanding of the products and systems that we support • Manage risk by reviewing daily control reports and ensuring they are auctioned by the team. Proactive in issue resolution and adherence to key risks and controls. Escalate issues where appropriate and ensure closure • Seamless execution of projects, in conjunction with Change and technology teams for projects impacting the function to include refinement of processes as well as technical delivery Supporting the growing business and ensuring that processes within the department scale. Actively seeking opportunities to combine and standardize processes across listed and OTC clearing • The role requires the candidate to work cross functionally with various internal counterparts, as well as manage a client’s expectations externally. Serve as an escalation point for our external and internal stakeholders • Liaise with Product, Change and IT to understand, document, and prioritize new client requests • The role will heavily interact with project managers, treasury, product control, product management, sales, integration/on-boarding, middle office, vendors, etc. The individual will be required to attend management meetings. • Breaking down and analyzing complex problems within the front to back flow, managing large data sets where necessary to identify root causes • Face off against external and internal auditors and Regulators

*Basic Qualifications/Skills * • 4 year college degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting • 4 years of experience in Financial Services • 4 years of experience operating Microsoft Office • 4 years of Investment banking industry experience

Preferred Qualifications/Skills • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with clients and other external and internal stakeholders • Ability to multitask and perform at an exceptional level • Ability to lead presentations and run workshops with internal and external clients • Ability to prioritize, be flexible and respond to changing environments • Work ethically and represent the values of the firm • Strong communication skills, and attention to detail • Client Service and/or previous experience in Futures or OTC Clearing derivatives environment preferred • Prior knowledge and understand of the rules and regulations governing OTC and Futures Clearing preferred • Experience in the middle office space – trade affirmations/clearing, managing rejected trades, understanding of the T0 trade workflows, etc
