As an Account Delivery Head (ADH), you will be responsible for the delivery of a Mega Gama account and also being a focal point for Wipro's delivery into customer business unit. Responsible for leading an account with high complexity involving managed services, Product Engineering and IT Program Delivery, represent us and deal with CXO/VP of the client organization. You will be accountable for delivery excellence, customer delight, employee satisfaction within the account and also responsible for grooming competency in line with customer roadmap. ADH at this level is responsible to handle delivery for a portfolio in excess of 150m$ ACV or 1500+ fte--Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V. Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for meeting financial objectives of the account, mining the account, improve the key parameters for the account to improve the margins
Responsible for planning and delivery - quality compliance, resource economic utilization and customer satisfaction
Responsible for relationship building with customer project managers and key stakeholders within the account and responsible for customer satisfaction
Responsible for people processes in the account, employee attrition rate, people and competency development and engagement
Collaborate and interact with client engagement managers, delivery managers from Wipro and Client side CXOs
Certifications & Assessments
Internal - Cleared the ADH assessment
Deep understanding of one or more domains and can appreciate customers scenario
Knowledge of new technologies, platforms, tools and products and their respective applications
Total knowledge of delivery management, various delivery models etc.
Deep understanding of the delivery cycle
Awareness of global industry trends and directions and its impact on IT services
Large Program and Portfolio management
Onsite experience in a client facing role
Handling teams in multiple Geos
Solultioning, experience of managed services
In-depth understanding of the SDLC
Experience in domain/industry
Delivery management from on-site location
Exposure to sales and customer relationship management
