Delmonico's Line Cook in Clifton Park, New York
The Line Cook works under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager. He or she helps prepare meals at one of our Line Stations, Appetizers, Salads, Desserts, Chargrill, Flat Top, Pasta or Sauté assembling entrees. We are a high volume dinner only restaurant and each station is manned during peak hours. In addition, the Line Cook helps with other tasks, including stocking, rotating, storage of leftover food & cleaning work areas.
Prior relevant experience and familiarity with at least one of the above Line Stations and equipment is preferred. He or she must be committed to the customers, reliable to his or her co-workers, and be a self-motivated, organized, and detailed individual. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
Our menu items are freshly prepared daily, you will be given high quality fresh product to prepare. We use time tested recipes and train accordingly, You will understand your daily responsibilities & will receive guidance & help as needed.
