Advertised Summary Job Description

The Short- Term Casual (Administrative Support) will provide general support to the department. Duties may include: Picking up and delivering mail, packages, supplies,etc. Set up and clean up for conferences, lectures and meetings. Answering telephones and keeping staff calendars updated. General office administrative tasks. Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications for Grade

Applicant MUST meet these minimum qualifications to be considered an applicant

High school graduate or equivalency required.

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.

The candidate selected for this position is required to undergo a drug screening test and background check prior to a final offer of employment being made.
