Analyze technical requirements for specialized financial software, specializing in corporate treasuries. Confer with client about their information processing needs and analyze how data processing can be applied to meet those needs. Design and implement computer-based processing systems. Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems. Configure specialized financial management applications to represent client's business and meet technical requirements.
**Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in applied mathematics, computer science, or finance and two years of experience implementing financial software;
Two years of experience with system and process issue determination;
Two years of experience customizing financial and risk management systems for front office functions (trade booking, FX, Money Market, securities, debt and derivative products), risk, account, and back office operations (confirmation and settlements) to support business re-engineering initiatives;
Two years of experience with the development life cycle of financial systems, including system analysis, design, development, implementation, deployment, maintenance, and remediation;
Two years of experience with the development of Structured Query programs, including Oracle, MS SQL and Sybase;
Two years of experience with Solaris, Linux, and HP-UX operating systems;
Two years of experience with Object-Oriented Programming languages and Python, Perl, JAVA, C, and XML;
Two years of experience with scripting languages, including UNIX shell and Windows command, SED, and AWK;
Two years of experience with Networking, Sockets, TCP/IP (ISO/OSI), FTP, SFTP, and SMTP;
Other requirements: Telecommuting option available -- may reside anywhere in the continental U.S.;
Possible relocation to unanticipated, nationwide client worksites.
