This World Wide organization helps deliver customer success by bringing together specialized skills cross domain, in partnership with Account-aligned Delivery in the Areas and the other five Domains - Business Productivity, Secure Infrastructure, Business Applications (formerly Dynamics), Applications (formerly Modern Applications), Data and AI (formerly Data Insights). These specialized teams within this sixth delivery Domain consist of: Cross Domain Solutions Architects; Industry Architects; Global PMO; Adoption and Change Management (ACM); UX; Test; Remote Delivery Center (RDC); ITSM; Enhanced Support Solutions Delivery (Premier Maintained Applications, Premier Managed Applications, Premier Mission Critical)

This Chief of Staff role reports directly to the Services WW Cross Domain Delivery Lead and is responsible for the Rhythm of the business, organizational planning, business reviews, owns the team financials, budget planning, and aligns sales & delivery forecasting within the team and plays a key role in communications and WHI initiatives. Bringing broad and deep business acumen, sound decision-making and operational excellence to bear is essential in this role. These capabilities are key in order for the organization to execute effectively and efficiently in service of delivering on strategy, core priorities and fiscal targets as measured by business satisfaction and a healthy scorecard.

This position requires cross-group coordination and the ability to manage high impact work on short deadlines. This individual serves as trusted advisor to the WW Cross Domain Delivery Leader and her senior leadership team, setting the standard for integrated planning, delivery and operational execution. You will facilitate a team of functional experts to coordinate Executive Communications, Business Management, and Delivery Scorecard Metrics and KPIs .

Priorities include but are not limited to:

Strategic Planning & Financial Execution: Orchestrate the process of creating strategy with the WW Leadership Team. Organize and drive strategy, business and financial planning, organizational priorities, related team activities and related internal communications (e.g. MYR, Business/Strategy reviews, LT/BM meetings. FY budget planning and forecast execution). Track progress against org priorities, decisions, and action plans. Organization Business Results & ROB: Orchestrate process for collaboration and driving efficiencies to achieve business results. Create and execute the Leadership Team and Organizational ROB - driving decision making, continual awareness of critical issues and business results in partnership with Delivery Leaders both Account and Domain aligned, Services Offerings & Operations/Go-To-Market, Finance, HR - through a well-organized and productive series of meetings and reviews.

Stakeholder Relationships: Orchestrate approach and process for strategically managing LT key stakeholder relationships. Help identify org stakeholders and enable LT to manage relationships.

Leader Support: Develop and execute the WW Field and Internal engagement plan - developing a rhythm of internal org/field/customer visits and calls, preparing clear agendas and briefing materials and ensuring that follow-up actions are documented, completed and results recorded. Collect background information, intelligence, supporting data, package them and present to leader to maximize his/her impact at internal/external engagements.

Executive Communications - working with virtual team, prepare and drive executive communications (including emails, PPTs) for CDD Leader and define timing of executive communications vs practice-level communications.

Change Management - Manage and lead the change management efforts within CDD. People - partner with HR, Finance and leaders who lead People Initiatives, including readiness for all key communities, ensuring employees are clear on their role in our transformation and have the capabilities needed to make it real.

Community: Lead community forum for Business across all CDD.

7+ years of business experience in the technology industry

Bachelor Degree or advanced technology degree with business management experience desired
