KPMG is currently seeking a Sr Associate in CIO Advisory for our Management Consulting practice.
Drive IT infrastructure projects and actionable post-merger activities, including planning, assessment, target state recommendations and implementation
Execute infrastructure integration plan into the new organizational model in order to ensure operational readiness for new platforms and services
Help assess the client's IT infrastructure current state, evaluate rationalization opportunities, sourcing options (including cloud) and economic models, and recommend strategic direction
Develop project work breakdown structures and schedules based on assigned engagements and perform client meeting facilitation, issue management, risk management, conflict management, budget forecasting, tracking, and communication activities
Create project status documents to provide updates to internal and external leadership and lead portions of engagements under the supervision of the engagement manager
Assist in the creation of proposals and other business development efforts and assist with developing or updating technology infrastructure firm methodologies
A minimum of three years of technology infrastructure experience and a minimum of two years of relevant IT project / program management experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems or any other related field from an accredited college/university
Project Management Professional (PMP) and Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality industry experience preferred
Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions/divestitures including IT integration / separation planning and execution
Strong technical, analytical, problem solving and verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead medium to large projects and teams
Travel may be up to 80-100%
