We’re in the process of developing and expanding our ambitious products, as well as inventing new ones. We’re looking for experienced and creative Senior User Experience Designers to take a pivotal role in this effort and craft consumer-level experiences for underserved business owners.

You’ve mastered product design and you know the right tool for each job. You love hands-on work, you’re a true visual thinker and you’re full of empathy to customers. In addition, you enjoy mentoring others and helping them hone their craft and grow as designers.

You think big, you love frameworks and are excited about building a fast-paced, growing organization the puts design and customers at the heart of its work.

Your day to day:

  • Translate concepts and requirements into an end-to-end user experience and choose the appropriate medium and fidelity its effective communication

  • Build interactive prototypes to test your ideas and communicate them internally and externally

  • Perform usability tests to validate your designs with customers

  • Iterate quickly and explore multiple solutions for a given problem

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to take products from concept to delivery

  • Build frameworks to support a fast-paced, growing organization: styleguides, workflows, collaboration tools, etc.

  • Provide design mentorship to other designers on the team

QUALIFICATIONS:

Here’s what you have (Required Skills):

  • 5-10 years as a UX designer for SaaS products

  • Impressive, live portfolio demonstrating your awesome work

  • Effortless communication/presentation skills, natural collaborator

  • An appreciation of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and a willingness to adapt and customize them as needed

  • Command of design best practices across mediums (responsive web, mobile)

  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI or equivalent work experience

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • Bonus:

  • Ability to code static pages using HTML/CSS

  • Motion design

  • Illustration skills
