Kforce is working with a growing technology firm located in New York, NY that is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter. This firm is offering a cloud-based architecture, amazing customer care and intuitive software that delivers the data small business owners need to run smarter businesses.Summary:As a Technical Recruiter at this firm, the ideal candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment playing a critical role in helping build out processes, and the overall team strategy. Partnering with key internal stakeholders, the candidate will help drive and influence the talent pipeline across the organization. This person will create and execute the entire recruitment life cycle process. This role requires flexibility to juggle multiple projects at once. The client is seeking someone who can deliver candidates to help with difficult-to-fill positions, and foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients.Responsibilities:

  • Identify and actively recruit for talent through databases, job boards, social media and any other resources to fill internal roles

  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates under active consideration for assigned requisitions by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal and external candidates

  • Place high-end technical professionals for all technology positions for throughout the organization

  • Access and summarize candidate's' key strengths, opportunities, and deliver to the hiring managers

  • Design and implement best practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process

  • Organize targeted outreach events in the industry to fill open requisitions

  • Use talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent

  • Use internal tools to manage the candidate's entire life cycle

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

  • 3 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience required preferably for technical roles

  • Experience placing candidates in a range of skillsets including Developers, DevOps, QA Engineers and iOS Developers
