Participate in internal transformation office work streams and project delivery activities in Sales Effectiveness, Industry Program and Marketing Transformation
Help execute transformational projects related to strategic account management, channel optimization, sales model/GTM design, industry channel deployment, process improvement, marketing integration, sales force capability management, and sales performance measurement.
Serve as a resource and key team member on CohnReznick work teams throughout our transform lifecycle by leveraging your knowledge of Sales Effectiveness and Transformation, Marketing Effectiveness and GTM best practices.
Prepare and review Sales Training and Industry Sales work product of junior associates and provide direction and training as necessary.
Provide project management capabilities including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation and quality management.
Help develop firm capabilities and talent through delivery of training programs.
A minimum of four years of relevant top tier management consulting experience (including Big Four experience) related to sales force effectiveness, sales effectiveness, marketing effectiveness, and strategic account management across diverse industries.
Bachelor's degree in a related field from a leading accredited college/university; MBA preferred
Experience with large transformations that involve front office process and performance measurement.
Knowledge of CRM technology, Microsoft CRM and Marketo Marketing Automation preferred.
Experience with Customer Segmentation, Industry Strategy/Alignment, Sales Model Design, Sales Force Talent/Skill Building, Sales Performance Management, Building High Performing Sales Cultures and Sales Analytics/Insights.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, design and deploy people, process and technology root cause analytics for marketing and sales performance improvement.
Travel less than 15%, New York Metro based position
