Pocess knowledge of Account Goals and Objectives and preaches the measures to achieve same.
Single point of contact to all Proximity team members regarding service operations.
Validate account Assumptions, Constraints , dependencies and Issues and Track to closure
Analyze the Metrics and take appropriate corrective action
To ensure the adherence of information security policies in the account
Consolidate the lessons learnt and update in the knowledge repository
Assists ADM / TL in Service Delivery Planning
Ensure the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions
Ensure the customer requirements are defined and translated into processes and procedures.
Ensure Proximity Engineers are trained on all processes and procedures so that quality of delivery meets customer expectations
Mentors and trains team members and bring them up to speed on client processes, Change methods, procedures, and activities
Conduct internal audit for incidents, requests and IMACS tickets on weekly/monthly basis to identify the gaps in process implementation. Prepare the report and share with ADM and TLs
Share feedback regarding the process compliance with Proximity team, TLs and the ADM to identify the training needs for the team.
Update the delivery team, TLs and ADM on all new initiatives / processes and ensure compliance.
Liaise with IT Service Desk personnel and with other BNP Paribas teams as required
Assist in creating operations, SL and other governance reports.
Automation / Standardization of day to day work with TLs
Creates, Contributes and Implements to best practices of Operation
Provide Technical Assistance to Team Members
Identify the training needs and development of training plan as per the requirement
