Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day presales support in the configuration of all consumer sponsorship programs on behalf of major Pharmaceutical and Consumer Package Good clients across the WebMD Network
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Programming teams to configure competitive advertising solutions
  • Sales proposal development and refinement; deliver consistent and compelling pricing and deliverables in support of key sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on pricing strategies for new and updated products
  • Support program reporting for a large group of Marketing Managers including the management of the monthly process across multiple teams, submitting ad-hoc requests, QA of data and posting for Sales
  • Manage the marketing plan process for Marketing team, including facilitating the creation across multiple teams, uploading creatives into the ad server, and QA of the work.
  • Execute, and optimize direct-to-consumer marketing plans to ensure traffic goals are met for online sponsorship programs
  • Complete pre-launch tasks to support build of microsites
  • Conduct analyses on collective program trends and benchmarks
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years combined experience in any of the following: sales operations, digital marketing related field, i.e. Digital agency, digital analytics, Experience in digital marketing, including email, media, and contextual linking
  • Advanced MS Excel and Access skills
  • Experience working directly with a sales team, i.e., sales deployment, sales analytics, sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work in fast-paced professional office environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
