Kforce has a client seeking a Marketing Generalist to work as part of the Tax Marketing team in New York, New York (NY).Responsibilities May Include: Overview - Targeting and Service Distribution- 80%

  • Driving the white space strategy

  • Campaign execution

  • Solution driving

Key Activities:

  • Targeting (whitespace/green space strategies, priority market segments/practices)

  • Facilitating qualified client meetings (Iris)

  • Supporting G2M program

Campaign/Solution driving:

  • Defining targets/goals

  • Launch and roll-out

  • Measuring

  • Leading/leveraging enabler network

  • Business Development Apprentice Programs (BDAP)

  • Partner portfolio reviews;1-1 business development session

Overview- Pursuit - 80%:

  • Sales strategy (driving pursuit methodology)

  • Business development skills/culture

Key Activities:

  • Facilitating pursuit process

  • Pursuit calls

  • Leveraging/communicating winning strategies, debrief themes, market insight from previous calls and proposals

  • Instructing/training at national and local conferences/forums

  • Connecting opportunities with NPT and local M&S for support

  • Supporting pursuits/teams that fall below other thresholds for support (no client strategist or NPT)

  • Creating strong on the ground linkage for Tax with XLOS proposal innovation group tools/resources (Pit Stop etc.)

  • Coaching teams on win strategies, helping develop value propositions

Overview- Local Marketing Strategy/Implementation 20%:

  • Local brand enhancement

  • Events and roadshows

  • Strategic programs/projects

Key Activities:Events/Roadshows:

  • Topical strategies

  • SME preparation

  • Determining appropriate audience

  • Coordination with BU marketing

  • Leveraging local M&S to support programs/events

  • Seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience

  • Support/leverage LTP program

  • Coordinate local sponsorships and associations (i.e. TEI)

  • Leveraging national thought leadership and collateral at the local market level/with LTPs

  • Market Intelligence

  • Executive level presence; understand the sales process for professional service company, collaborate and coach partners and directors
