Principle Objective:

Act as the Creative Account Manager for the fragrance license for both Michael Kors Beauty and Tory Burch Beauty. Top line responsibilities include liaise with licensing partners on fragrance and beauty launch implementation. This includes strong organization and timeline management, a command of creative development process including pre--and-post production planning and partnering with our Global Marketing Department and Regional Offices to define/set expectations. This key position will function as the gate amongst internal and external stakeholders and the Creative Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the overall work flow and implementation planning of a fragrance launch and beauty

  • Lead the communications/expectations and timing of “feeder” departments such as IMD, Corporate Purchasing, Global Marketing, Licensing Partners, Global Communications, Global Education, and Regions (including Travel Retailing)

  • Manages the development and production of Global scented programs for magazine insertion (twice yearly)

  • Manage the development and identify production partners (IMD/Corporate Purchasing) of Global/Local Visual Merchandising Collateral

  • Have a working knowledge of Visual Merchandising for instore collateral

  • Manage the development and timing and work closely with Corporate Purchasing for promotion related collateral

  • Monitors each stage of ad preparation to ensure accurate and timely completion

  • Work with advertising agencies/post-production houses and retouching houses on all launch related assets

  • Lead Creative status meetings bi-weekly

  • Attend North America status meetings – specific to brand

  • Partner with Executive Director on Managing key fiscal Creative budgets: Photography, Comps

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5 years related experience

  • Fostering collaborative relationships at all levels

  • Proficient knowledge of computer programs including Illustrator and social media content

  • Strong organizational skills, both written and verbal

  • Flexible and multi-functional to handle ever-changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Good attitude
