Lastly, we are looking for an organizational role model, an entrepreneur with "own the outcome" mindset, applied at scale and an Agilest because change is going to be the new norm.Technical Background and ExperiencePrior Experience with working on Policy Admin Solutions, Document Ingestion Framework or Dashboard / internal external portal is a big plus. Candidate should be able to help leadership with the product roadmap, product launches and vendor capability solutioning. Intermediate level of understanding needed with APIS definition (JSONs / XML) , API management, vendor assessment. Any exposure to the Insuretech and startupscould be considered.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to present complex technical information in a clear, confident and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical individuals.• Accountable for the delivery of value to customers and stakeholders by ensuring that the right product is defined, prioritized, and built • Writes User Stories and Acceptance Criteria based on stakeholder and Scrum team input• Creates detailed user requirement and functional requirement documents and engages with stakeholders to get their sign-off on specifications before introducing them for scrum team development• Proactively manages and prioritizes the product backlog, release plans, and sprint backlogs according to business value, complexity, and expectation• Provides business leadership for the Scrum team by understanding and executing the product goals and vision• Collaborates with the Scrum team to prioritize, plan, and release working product increments

Work Experience and Qualifications• Critical thinker with experience in “top-down, hypothesis-driven,” problem analysis and communication• 3+ years of experience as a product manager with a leading financial services or technology companies• You have a strong technical background and experience building data intensive decision platforms• You have strong interpersonal skills and are capable of building relationships to drive success
