Position Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our AIG Learning and Development team. You will provide project, presentation and administrative support to our Learning and Development group involved in a broad range of HR programs and activities. You will be involved in administering policies, programs, processes and projects as well as assisting with other HR related activities. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Provide project and administrative support to team members to ensure consistency in approach and compliance with firm-wide human resources programs and policies

  • Perform tasks / assignments relating to: learning and development, and event management

  • Responsible for mastering HR systems and processes

  • Administrative responsibilities will include: scheduling conference calls, meetings, travel arrangements, presentation, vendor management and other tasks

  • Participate in a broad range of Learning and Development initiatives, projects and activities

Position Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in a corporate Human Resources environment

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the fast-paced and exiting environment of human resources

  • Must be resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and flexibility

  • Strong presentation, communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
