Solve problems, analyze and isolate issues
Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners
Provides support to operations and project teams to implement process and operational changes across the environment.
Assists in designing new process guidelines and writing business procedures and training materials.
Works in team across assigned business - region to evaluate workflow systems with a focus on improving process and functionality.
Assists in tracking quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure process and - or content. Provides fact-based interpretation and analysis of findings.
What We’re Looking For:
Interest and application of the following skills:
Quantitative Analytics and Engineering
Currently enrolled college students majoring in any of the following disciplines:*
o Business Intelligence
o Computer Science
o Data Science
o Information Systems
o Management Information Systems
o Software, Electrical or Computer Engineering
Minimum 3.2 GPA
Detail oriented; analytical with problem solving abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products
Ability to apply a basic understanding of operations principles and theories to complete assignments.
Ability to efficiently solve straightforward problems in processes and provides solutions based on practices, existing precedents or procedures.
Ability to work and effectively collaborate with other technology teams as well as other related teams.
Drive to achieve personal and team objectives
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to learn quickly and deliver on time and with quality
Smart, intellectually curious; ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
Professional and energetic; comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills; able to work in a team environment and customer service oriented team.
