  • Work with Factories to ensure bookings and loading plans
  • Handle Complex Direct Import issues with customers on Program
  • Ability to understand Incoterms and applications
  • Sales Order Entry/Processing
  • Purchase Order Entry/Processing
  • ASNs/ EDI processing
  • Order tracking
  • Provide POD/BOL as needed to finance
  • Prepare customs documents as needed
  • Compliance guides review
  • Run Trend reports weekly
  • OTB - Back up to purchasing and Price maintenance in ERP
  • Carrier Communication
  • Customer Service Support
  • Back up throughout department
  • Ad-hoc projects
Experience and Skills
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed.
  • International Transportation/logistics knowledge.
  • Computer application experience.
  • Customer service/problem solving experience.
  • Microsoft Excel familiarity
  • Systems Familiarity
  • WMS systems and 3PL familiarity
  • High School diploma or GED required; College degree a plus
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Computer application experience.
  • Customer service/problem solving experience
