Acxiom Customer Success Executive in New York, New York

What you will do:

The Customer Success Executive is focused on account retention, revenue growth, strategy and profitability as indicated by the account plan. Targets potential new sales leads and pursuits, plans and selects most appropriate sales strategies and approaches. The Customer Success Executive helps solve client problems and educates new clients on the benefits of technological capabilities and expertise. Leverages industry and financial business knowledge to create demand and persuade through the creation and presentation of compelling purchasing rationales and presentations. They manage the satisfaction of client accounts and engage in extensive client communication to troubleshoot account complications while ensuring service level agreements are maintained. This position does not have direct reports.

What you will need:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field plus 2 years’ experience required. Academic training or experience must include some exposure to:

  • At least 2 years’ experience preparing and delivering technical sales presentations

  • Knowledge in complex deal development and financial structuring

  • Experience with new product development and product management

  • Knowledge of new product requirement methodology from creation of Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) to Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)

  • Market research and competitive analysis experience

  • Experience with digital ecosystem and marketing solutions

  • Experience with working with cross functional teams
