For more information, go to http ://investor.ralphlauren.com .Position Summary : The Coordinator, People & Development Provides support to the Manager(s) on execution of P&D; related tasks as well as administrative and organizational needs for Ralph Lauren stores in North America. Key Responsibilities : Administration Maintenance of P&D; Fax Inbox Maintenance of Org Charts Send Active Roster Monday/Friday to business partners Turnover reporting SAP transactions for Managers and above, as well as assistance for Management in stores as needed – new hire, termination, LOAs, update org. units, create positions, pay, transfers, etc. Pull SAP reports as needed: EEOC, terminations, hires, etc. WFM Time and Attendance: weekly email reminder to Regional Directors Exit Data Collection Forms for Store Managers and above Maintenance of OTH/Store Issues reporting Cross Functional Business Partnerships Meet bi-weekly with Finance on commission/bonus/stipend issues, and submit files as needed to payroll. Quarterly BSD tracking & performance management Maintenance of P&D; Payroll inbox & update Payroll Incidents tracker Submit bi-weekly payroll files: stipends, refer-a-star, retroes, etc. Retail Web and RL Central updates Talent Management Communicate Time & Attendance weekly recaps, and support Store Management on drafting performance management discussions for team as needed. Prepare Offer Letters for Store Manager level and above Manage postings on Applicant Tracking System Update Job Descriptions as needed Assist with HireVue roll-out Assist with Stores-to-Corporate transition roll out Annual Performance Discussions: communication, roll out, tracking, CXL maintenance, submission of appraisals to Compensation, etc. Onboarding Ensure new hire Store Managers and above are assigned Onboarding tasks in Learning Portal Request SAP Access for Store Managers and above Submit new hire Service Point requests for Store Managers and above Ensure all newly hired/promoted Store Managers and above are scheduled a 30-60-90 day check-in with P&D; Manager Employee Relations Provide support as needed to P&D; Managers with tasks associated with investigations such as follow up to obtain statements, tracking issues in Store Issues report, etc. Project Management Coordinate P&D; project management for field related initiatives in partnership with P&D; ManagerRequirements : 1-3 years related experience; prior HR coordinator or assistant level experience is preferred Experience in luxury retail sector Comprehensive knowledge of the Ralph Lauren brands Ability to balance many projects simultaneously Exceptional organizational skills Excellent communication skills: presentation, written, verbal Computer Skills: Word, Excel and Microsoft OutlookRalph Lauren is an equal opportunity employer.
