Kforce has a client seeking a Consultant/Developer in New York, NY.Essential Functions:

  • Envision and build front-end for the site written in ASP.NET, MS Visual Studio .NET, C#, VB.NET, XML, VBScript, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Dreamweaver, Bootstrap, Angular JS

  • Design and gather requirement to create a new Web Services for pre-and post-adjudication process and flow of data from ECB

  • Develop and Design Web Services using Patterns including Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Model View Controller (MVC), Facade, Factory, Singleton, Database Access Application Block (DAAB), Exception Handling Application Block (EHAP)

  • Analyze current code to accommodate for the CCATS changes, and implement flow

  • Analyze current code to accommodate for the adjudication process new screen

  • Design and build a whole new Web application to extract data from the core business applications and perform on web based platform for adjudication process

  • Design UI screens, flow for the proposed appeals work flow

  • Integrate the user defined rules to the application to perform accordingly

  • Manage bureau allocation screens, NOV sent to flow and ECB Changes

  • Manage the withdrawals received from electronically and validate the authentication and corresponding memo/notes from the team

  • Design the various reports for Monthly, yearly etc.

  • Modify ATAS to allow Operations to schedule and track respondents by their scheduled hearing times

  • Design pre-and post-adjudication process, data sync to ECB with web service process in place

  • Show error/warning message in Adjudication review folder

  • Develop Multithreading techniques for creating high performance applications web services

  • Database Validation, Creation and Management of Schemas, writing Stored Procedures, Functions, DDL, DML SQL queries to intercept with .Net application for DCA project

  • The selected candidate must have a minimum of 4 years' experience as described in -Attachment 2 - City Labor Category Description- for the Programmer 2 title

  • Extensive experience as software developer in small to enterprise applications and good understanding of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), STLC, Object Oriented Design (OOD) principles, deployment phase, Agile software development process is required

  • Key skills include VB6, Classic ASP, ASP.net, ADO.Net, C#.Net, VB.Net, MS SQL Server, ORACLE, Objective C for developing iPhone applications, SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Report, LDAP, OLE, Web Services (SOAP & REST), WCF, Windows Services, jQuery, JavaScript, JSON, MVC 3, MVC 4, Entity Framework, JavaScript, Angular JS, AJAX, Dev express, Telerik and Text Control

  • Excellent knowledge of OLE programming, LDAP, DTS, SSIS, and T-SQL in a Microsoft development environment is necessary along with developing case management systems; and understanding design patterns, SOA, Open Source technologies

  • The candidate must possess good English (verbal and writing) skills and have strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills. The candidate must be a team player

  • The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, manager, and subject matter experts is desirable

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge with LDAP, Crystal Reports, .NET Framework 4.0, C#, AJAX, LINQ, and Entity Frame Work (EF) is highly desired

  • Vendor must be proficient with Web Services, Windows Service and SQL Server Profiling, OLE Automation by accessing objects

  • Hands on experience in SSIS, T-SQL, JavaScript, Software Design
