The Role

The Client Services Specialist interacts with Willis Towers Watson clients and carriers in meeting and exceeding the ongoing insurance and risk management needs of our customers. Essential duties include but are not limited to:

  • Working with a construction clients and Willis Towers Watson construction colleagues in a team environment focused on delivering customer satisfaction in all areas

  • Serving as an assertive advocate for Willis Towers Watson clients

  • Providing day-to-day service to clients via telephone and email to ensure their needs are appropriately met

  • Some face to face client relationships

  • Maintaining quality service plans, open item reports, policy expiration/renewal tracking and completion

  • Collecting exposure information for renewals

  • Completing policy reviews and overseeing correction process

  • Managing the invoicing and certificate processes

  • Requesting, tracking and processing audits and endorsements

Job Requirements

:

  • BA/BS degree preferred

  • 5+ years of professional experience working with large, complex commercial P & C insurance clients

  • Ability to operate as an individual contributor within a team framework

  • Solid insurance brokerage, account management, and servicing skills

  • Effective analysis, problem solving and communication skills

  • Holds a valid State license

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products a must, including the ability to do pivot tables in Excel
