The Facilities Customer Service Associate (CSA) is focused on supporting corporate groups and will be responsible for Facilities-related projects, work space issues, storage, and design. Additionally the role will be responsible for space planning and special projects as assigned.
The CSA role will be responsible for the following:
Coordinate all communications between the Facilities department team and NBCU business units based at 30 Rockefeller Plaza and other NYC/NJ based NBCU locations.
Partner with functional Facilities leaders to provide the highest level of service to NBCU Corporate Divisions.
Work closely with Facilities Space Planning team to maximized real estate asset utilization by coordinating the sharing of space among different business units.
Proactively identify and implement efficient space utilization.
Work as the liaison between Facilities project leadership and the business units on all construction projects.
Work closely with NBCU Help Desk and direct trades to complete daily tasks.
Partner closely with clients to accommodate move requests, coordinating these activities with the appropriate management and staff functions at our various locations.
Ensure upkeep of accurate floor plans.
Ensure Fire Life Safety code requirements.
Build and maintain relationships across the company.
Proactively engage in space planning activities and identify strategic opportunities for internal clients.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, marketing, or related field.
Desired 1-3 years Facility Management experience.
Demonstrated analytical background.
Demonstrated ability to prepare and present ideas to clients.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage client communications, multiple projects and problem solve.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization and management and ability to build external networks.

Project management design and construction budgeting experience is a plus.
Strong ability to abstract and interpret lease language.
Self-starter; demonstrates initiative.
Ability to analyze and present results in Excel and/or PowerPoint as needed.
