The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping. Preferred experience with High Net Worth individuals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required, and QuickBooks experience is a plus. Must have the ability to interact with a diverse client base, be proactive and multitask. Excellent written and oral communication skills a must.

Responsibilities Include:

o Full Charge Bookkeeping
o Maintenance of Accounting Records (processing payments & recording deposits)
o Review/Preparation of Payroll Tax and Sales/Use Tax Returns
o Bank Reconciliations
o Payroll
o Input Journal Entries
o AP/AR/Bank Reconciliation
o Other Projects As Assigned
