Position Title Civil Project Engineer

The NYC office of AECOM is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our Transportation Infrastructure Department. The successful candidate will work jointly with an experienced Project Manager on a variety of transportation, site/civil, and utility projects for municipal, state, and private clients.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Roadway and highway reconstruction
Sewer and water design
Storm Drainage and Green Infrastructure
The position will be based in NYC and is geared toward those looking to take the next step in their professional development.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years of related experience
Roadway and site/civil design experience in the NY Metro Area
Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or Microstation/InRoads
Familiar with NY agency design standards and specifications
Solid oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team setting
Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and tasks
New York State PE Certification
Demonstrated DDC, EDC, DOT, and/or PANYNJ experience
Site/Civil experience for private and public clients in NY/NJ
Experience developing and meeting schedules, scopes, and budgets
