The Strategy and Advisory Associate Partner will establish key strategic priorities for Financial Services clients and translate them into a comprehensive strategic plan. The AP will create, lead and drive transformational, repeatable deals in the Financial Services industry, leveraging deep strategic consulting capabilities to help take the Financial Services clients through business transformation journeys. The Strategy & Advisory AP is a proven business leader, an industry expert, an experienced visionary, a creative thinker and an influential collaborator. You will have the credibility as an expert consultant and extensive client experience at the c-level. You are an inspiring leader who earns the respect of colleagues and clients alike and builds followership in pursuit of building a growing business.   • 7 years of progressive Financial Services consulting leadership experience in businesses where service, quality and customer responsiveness are tantamount to success.

  • 5 years experience identifying and selling transformational strategic consulting engagements within Financial Services clients.

  • 7 years experience selling and delivering large business and transformational programs

  • Established C-Level (CIO, COO, CMO, CFO, business line leaders) relationships in the Financial Services is required.
