Job Details:

The Administrative Assistant will work independently with minimal supervision, performs diversified, advanced, confidential, administrative support for administrative leadership team and managers.

You will:

  • Provide administrative support for Administrative Managers and Director of Physician Assistant Services (Medicine)

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, implementing and monitoring outcomes of special projects

  • Coordinate with other departments, staff, and outside vendors to gather information/documentation. Analyze data and produces necessary reports

  • Provide administrative support by managing and coordinating meetings among key stakeholders; supporting the core project team; and providing support to the Service

  • Participate in various departmental and organizational projects

You have:

  • High School Diploma with 2-4 years administrative experience required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Demonstrated analytical skills.

  • A high degree of professionalism.

  • The ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines.

  • Demonstrated project management skills.
