The Account Executive Law360 manages market presence and revenue across Law360 and parent company's state, local and federal government client base. The Account Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue objectives through growing new business as well as up-selling and renewing existing subscription contracts. This position will work closely across the organization with parent company's sales colleagues.


  1. Meet and exceed revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

  2. Account Development: complete market analysis to identify new revenue opportunities

  3. Establish new contacts: create a pipeline and develop business relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and end-users

  4. Communicate the Law360 value by presenting to clients and prospects through virtual and webinar demos and infrequent in-person meetings

  5. Record activity: maintain accurate records and events in


  1. 3-5 years B2B sales experience in news, financial services, technology, or other related information services market

  2. BA or BS degree (no exceptions)

  3. Exceptional presentation, communication, organizational, analytical and time management skills

  4. High level of professionalism and ability to interface with key decision makers and executives

  5. Proven track record of consistently exceeding company objectives and quotas OR top sales professional in previous positions

  6. Adept at working across organization?s business units

  7. Must be an aggressive self-starter with experience obtaining multiple levels of approvals and closing high value sales

  8. Ability to quickly develop an understanding of Law360 products and client needs

  9. Legal or government sales experience preferred
