Title: Senior Analyst, Systems Analysis

Location: New York City, NY

Duration: 24 Months


Responsible for supporting the integration of merchants and issuers using the company API. Develop and maintain close partnerships with Product and Development teams to ensure that business and functional requirements are aligned appropriately with Digital & Security Technologies.

Major Accountabilities:

• Provide technical analysis of current integration and on-boarding processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• Provide subject matter expertise for support escalations

• Work closely with resources from different support areas to quickly resolve issues

• Testing and working with Quality Assurance team

• Work closely with business partners on creating and maintaining documentation for on-boarding and integration support.

• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve problems affecting on-boarding and integration activities

• Primary point of contact for new support tickets; triage and forward to other team members and support teams as needed

• Regular review and follow-up on open support tickets


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.

Knowledge / Experience:

• 3 – 5 years experience in related field

• Digital/Commercial commerce experience strongly preferred

• Experience with Service Oriented Architectures (REST, SOAP) required

• SQL experience strongly preferred

• Software development skills a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required

• Customer interaction experience strongly preferred

• High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment

• High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve issues

• Ability to work with distributed off shore teams and vendors
