Chobani’s Senior Finance Manager will partner directly with Chobani Marketing leadership to shape and drive the company’s growth strategy. By leveraging a strong background in analytics and branding strategy, this role will enable effective decision making, optimize in-market execution of investment decisions, and set long-term growth vision.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Partner with Marketing Organization and lead the management of advertising and marketing budgets across all platforms (Shopper, Media, Digital)

  • Lead AOP and Forecasting process for advertising and marketing budgets maximizing spend through ROI analysis

  • Financial leadership of New Product Development working on a cross functional team

  • Provide actionable business analytics to Marketing Organization to optimize Marketing spend

  • Provide financial updates and insights to senior management on a monthly basis

The requirements of this position include:

  • 7-10 years of experience in finance analysis

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, finance or similar required; MBA preferred

  • 5 years of experience presenting quantitative analysis

  • Knowledge of statistics and financial concepts

  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis

  • Advanced MS Excel/Access skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team focus, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams

  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
