What You Will Be Doing
A results-driven individual who will work closely with Sales to provide metrics analysis and leads required to meet the companys revenue objectives. In addition, this individual will manage the CRM (ProsperWorks). This position provides a unique opportunity for a motivated self-starter to demonstrate their ability to add significant value to our sales performance.
The Sales Operations Manager is the single point of contact responsible for the continuous sourcing, enrichment, and deployment of new leads required for the sales organization. This role also includes direct management of outreach specialists deploying targeted campaigns (email, social, cold calling). The leads sourced by the Sales Operations Manager will be utilized for a variety of marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media campaigns, cold calling, among other outreach tactics. The Sales Operations Manager should be highly adept at sourcing leads using a wide variety of techniques including data scraping, acquisition from third parties, inbound campaigns, among others. The Sales Operations Managers performance will be measured based upon the quantity and quality of the leads sourced and deployed within the organization.
What You Need for this Position
Database management; merge, clean and enrich lead sources
APIs: experience working with and/or developing interfaces to third party sources
Analytical; able to quickly set up KPIs and assess qualitative factors
Negotiation; optimize lead sourcing contracts with third-party suppliers
Publisher Industry; strong understanding of publisher ecosystem
Advertising Industry; good knowledge of Ad Stacks
