Program Coordinator – Project Stay Grant – Full Time

The Project Stay grant is an initiative to provide comprehensive health services for high-risk and HIV-positive adolescents and young adults in New York City. Now, we're seeking a Program Coordinator to help make it possible.
Step into this pivotal grant funded role, where you provide assistance for patients and stakeholders throughout implementation and on a continuing basis. As a Program Coordinator, you will not only work across multiple Hospital departments and teams, but will be responsible for collaborating with a several community-based organizations to serve the targeted population to provide linkage to care. Spend time directly in community while lending support to the program manager.
Master’s Degree in a related field
Community Health Experience
Experience working with HIV positive or high risk patients
Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
Proficiency with MS Office
