HOURS OF WORK: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (7 1/2 hours/day)


Accountable for the development of spend analysis reporting and value tracking. Develop, implement and manage all aspects of procurement’s reporting needs, including the preparation and delivery of data reports, all ad-hoc, scheduled, contractually obligated and routine reporting needs. Responsible for procurement data and business intelligence efforts delivering meaningful insight and strategic recommendations. Provide analysis that enables procurement to make data-driven decisions, improve current processes, contain spend, and make better sourcing decisions. Accountable for full implementation, optimization, and utilization of procurement 3rd party value/cost savings tracking tool and 3rd party spend management tool.


Accountable for procurement spend analysis utilizing aggregation, normalization, and analysis of purchasing data to identify trends and prioritize value opportunities.

Drive value and cost savings tracking across all categories utilizing procurement 3rd party value/cost savings tracking tool.

Manage spend management tool to ensure continued cleansing, modeling, updating and enrichment of data gathering analysis methodologies.

Develop and perform complex analytical tasks such as markets analysis, cost modeling, financial risk management / hedging and forecasting/planning.

Assist in the creation and optimization of sourcing strategies by working with category management team to develop cost models (e.g. total cost of ownership and should cost) to drive spend management plans and cost reduction strategies.

Provide regular reporting and spend transparency across business units, key categories, and suppliers.

Utilize market intelligence to source, interpret, and disseminate business-critical data.

Identify and/or develop industry benchmarks for fact-based market assessments.

Develop and manage procurement scorecards and dashboards for use by senior leadership, procurement personnel and internal business partners.

Establish and manage basic procurement service level agreements and metrics to influence demand management.

Utilize software and other tools to automate processes and drive efficiencies in reporting.

Identify and execute purchasing initiatives for cost improvement, material reduction, and quality.


Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with outstanding data structuring skills. General proficiency with MS Word.

Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills.

Strong project management skills.

Ability to manage change through influence; capable of driving major commercial decisions across a diverse set of internal stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to evaluate, analyze, and manage large, diverse data sets.

Education and Experience

BA/BS in Business Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

A minimum of 5 years in a Finance, Supply Chain organization or consulting environment.

A minimum of 3 years of experience managing at least 1 full-time resource.

Financial analytical experience required.
