Position Description:This position requires the development of construction CPM schedules, analysis of baseline schedule and schedule updates, monitoring of schedule delays, tracking of progress out in the field, tracking of contract changes, analysis of time extension requests, analysis of stages changes, analysis of value engineering impacts and analysis of claims. Duties include:(1) Develops and maintains an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). (2) Collects and verifies scheduling data for all work packages from various Program engineering and construction entities.(3) Reviews and analyzes schedules developed by other stakeholders and integrates them with the IMS.(4) Provides written updates on critical paths, schedule variances, progress and significant developments for inclusion in both Monthly and Quarterly Reports.(5) Evaluates the impact of changes on cost, schedule, operations and scope documents. (6) Participates in meetings with Project Managers, provides schedule related input.(7) Develops conceptual level project schedules for evolving work.
Job Requirements:Ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. Candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant CPM Scheduling experience on transportation/infrastructure projects with construction cost of $1M to $20M. Thorough knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project software is required along with demonstrated experience developing and maintaining both design and construction schedules. Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
