Position Description:Candidates will manage and perform document management including logging, filing, and archiving documents and handle document retrieval requests, labels and document reproduction. The positions will assist in scanning documents, maintaining electronic file of records, maintaining documents in their relevant files, distributing necessary copies as required manually or electronically. Other duties include setting the policies on the issuance of letters and ensuring that letters are properly addressed to the concerned persons and addresses the subject, maintaining conformed/record sets of all program and field related contract drawings, being a liaison between Field Staff and Project Managers, providing reports and logs as required and coordinate and distribute documents for contractors and field staff use.
Job Requirements:Candidate must have at least three years of relevant document control experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have knowledge of Primavera Contract Manager, Microsoft SharePoint or other Document Control Software. Candidate must possess strong computer and internet research skills, interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and professional work ethic. #LI-MC1
